A big part of what we do at the group is finding property deals, analysing the figures to check their viability and then producing a comprehensive investor pack before raising finance and ultimately delivering on the projects. Through our reputation with landlords, clients and estate agents we often find ourselves in a position where we are being passed more deals than we can actually take on ourselves. We package and sell these deals onto other property investors.
