Smith & Sons Property Group Limited
The Smith and Sons Group is a dynamic conglomerate comprising four distinct arms, each specialising in a unique aspect of the property industry. With our comprehensive range of services, we actively seek out properties with untapped potential and breathe new life into them through our expertise and dedication.

The group started in 1985 when Director, Mike Maynard-Smith, founded the construction arm; Smith & Sons Construction Services. Since its inception SSCS remains as a family-run construction firm offering quality construction services in East London, Havering and Essex. We have hundreds of happy clients and are responsible for many successful projects in the local area.

The group grew into what it is today when Mike and his son, Isaac Maynard-Smith, decided to go into business together and expand their service offerings.
​
Through the construction arm, we are able to provide a quality service to clients, turning their dream homes into reality. We also work on our own projects, developing land and run-down properties, creating beautiful homes for the local community.
​
We offer some of these properties as short to medium term let serviced accommodation units for use by contractors, business professionals, relocators and families looking for a home away from home.
