We were engaged in March 2025 by our clients, Ajith & Sonal, to transform their newly purchased home. While it had the potential to be their forever home, it simply wasn’t reflecting their personalities or lifestyle.

They dreamed of a bright, open, and welcoming space - somewhere for Sonal to bake, for Ajay to work and for them both to entertain friends, and relax in comfort.

THE TRANSFORMATION

We delivered a 48sqm double-pitched hip and valley wraparound extension, unlocking the space needed to completely reimagine the ground floor. Our works created;

• Open-plan kitchen flooded with natural light

• Dining area with bifold doors opening seamlessly into the garden for alfresco entertaining

• ​Cosy snug corner, perfect for winding down in the evenings

Beyond the main living space, we also created:

• A practical utility room

• A stylish downstairs shower room

• Underfloor heating throughout for year-round comfort

• Outside, we extended the living experience into the garden with a beautiful patio, complemented by LED lighting to set the perfect evening ambience.

The project was finished in 4 months and was delivered in budget.
